Individualized Community Integration Plan

Job Readiness

Job Readiness is a structured program that equips individuals with the essential skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to secure and maintain employment, including resume building, interview preparation, workplace etiquette, and professional development.

Social Awareness Training

Social Awareness Training is a structured program that enhances individuals' ability to recognize, understand, and respond effectively to social dynamics, cultural differences, and community needs, fostering empathy, inclusivity, and meaningful engagement.

Drop in Services (Ages 17+)

Drop-In Services provide flexible, on-demand support for individuals seeking immediate access to resources such as counseling, job assistance, social services, and community programs without the need for appointments or long-term commitments.
